After you install the program, the three planning icons appear in Program Manager in a separate folder marked WML The first icon, "Getting Started," explains the model and contains on-line help. Every section of the model is covered in detail. The second icon, "Case History," lets you see how the model works. The third icon, "The Strategic Plan," is for your data. If you want to take off the protection on the formulas, the password is 1958.
| Although the model is quite large, it is easy for you to move around by using the "GO TO" commands. Shown below are the various components of Part I. SBU stands for strategic business unit, which means your own business. |

When you are ready to print your results, just hit Print Strategic Plan. As you know by now, all the charts come up automatically on your screen and are ready for printing. You could make you presentation by just using these full color charts. They tell the whole story.
