Part Two of Model

In Part Two, the answers to the 200 questions in Part One are displayed and you make any changes or revisions that you anticipate or desire during the next five years. Based on your answers to the questions in Part Two, the model in Part Three recommends a strategic position for the future, as well as strategies for each business component, plus your financial data. The definition of all strategies are explained in the on-line help.

Maybe you don't like the strategies proposed by the model based on your answers. Then, you can play "what if" by going back and changing some of your answers in Part Two to see what effect it has on the resulting strategies. You can keep doing this "what if" until the model gives you the strategies you want.
