Part Three of Model
The first chart below provides a summary of Parts One and Two. The nomenclature "Overall" refers to your major business strategy based on how you answered the 200 questions or as many as you used. "Composite" refers to your major business strategy based on a section in the model where you select the 10 most important questions out of the 200. In other words, the model allows you to determine your major strategy in two ways. You may desire to only use one of these methods, although it is recommended that you use both as a double check.
Below the "Overall" and "Composite" are listed the ten components of the business. You can change the nomenclature of these ten components to reflect your own type of business. For example, if you are a service business, then you can change the manufacturing section to operations or whatever title you choose. "Current" refers to Part One and "New" to Part Two. The model's recommended strategy for today (Part One) is marked "STATUS." The model's recommended strategy for Part Two is marked "GO."
